Blue Book Revisions Edit page

This page provides a framework for revising the operating documents managing the Association. Changes can be introduced for revision of the current managing documents of the Association. Proposed changes should be introduced at a meeting or provided to a board member in writing for submission at a meeting. All changes will be approved by a two-thirds majority of residents prior to implementation. Proposed changes should be submitted by 2/13/2026. Check with Rick if you need assistance with language or under what provision a change should be added or revised.
